Wise Effort Leadership Team Series

The Wise Effort (WE) Method is an evidence-informed framework that helps high-performing research teams invest their time, attention, and energy where it has the greatest impact. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), behavioral science, and contemplative practice, this series will support your center’s leaders in sustaining performance while protecting wellbeing.

  • Enhance stress resilience and social support, aligned with your teams strengths

Wise Effort Leadership Series – 6 Sessions


  • 6 x facilitated sessions (50 minutes each; virtual)
  • Includes brief teaching, experiential practice, and application to real leadership challenges
  • Core themes:
    • Clarifying values and priorities
    • Managing stress and cognitive load
    • Directing “genius energy” toward high-impact work
    • Building supportive, psychologically flexible teams
